It's a great chair for a child or small adult. My teenager is 5'4" and weighs about 125. For them the chair is comfortable, but I would not recommend for someone taller or too much heavier. The back doesn't really adjust to allow for one to lean further back if they're looking for a more comfortable position. You sit bolt up in it. As such, the headrest pillow is pointless. Using it will cause your head to tilt forward at an uncomfortable angle. The lower back pillow is nice however, and the USB connected massager is a lovely touch.
The material is faux leather and soft. The chair was easy enough to assemble and came with all parts necessary, including an Allen wrench. Took my teen and I about 30 mins to put it together. The instructions are pictures only, but easy enough to follow. The height is adjustable but we have it set on the lowest level for their standard height "gaming desk."
For the price and assembly, this is a decent gaming type chair for a child or young teen. My teen really likes the look of it especially. We got ours in the black and red to match their desk
